Painless Games Co ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile game Fivvy Grid (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Game data: Scores, streak history, and game statistics stored locally on your device
- Analytics data: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as session count and feature usage) to improve the App. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Advertising data: The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

- Personal accounts or login credentials (no sign-in required)
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
- Health or fitness data
- Browsing history
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the App — local game data
- iCloud sync — your data synced between your devices via Apple's iCloud (we have no access)
- Game Center leaderboards — scores submitted to Apple's Game Center
- Verify subscriptions — processed entirely by Apple
- Improve the App — anonymous analytics
- Display ads — AdMob (free version only)
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Apple: For purchase verification, Game Center, and iCloud sync
- Google AdMob: For ad delivery (free version only)
- Legal requirements: When required by law or legal process
4. Data Storage & Security
All game data is stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.
5. Data Retention
- Game data is stored locally and persists until you delete the App
- iCloud data can be managed in your device's iCloud settings
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Delete your data (uninstall the App or clear iCloud data)
- Opt out of personalized ads (device Settings → Privacy → Advertising)
